What happens when I run out of credits?
You can purchase additional credit packs anytime, or upgrade your subscription plan. One-time credit packs are valid for 1 year and never expire during that period.
Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
Yes, you can cancel anytime. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period. Unused subscription credits reset monthly.
What's the difference between subscription credits and credit packs?
Subscription credits renew monthly with your plan. Credit pack credits are one-time purchases valid for 1 year. Credit packs are great for occasional heavy usage beyond your subscription.
Do unused credits accumulate?
Subscription credits reset each billing cycle. One-time credit pack credits accumulate and are valid for 1 year from purchase date.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Yes, you can change your plan anytime. Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated charges. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
Is there a free tier?
Yes! New users receive 20 free credits to try the platform. This allows you to generate several images or a short video clip to experience the quality firsthand.
